Katrina is a Principal Consultant at PKL Recruitment and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), primarily managing all the permanent placements in Sydney. She specialises in Marketing and Human Resources sectors as well as Executive and Board Directorships. She has attained the Australian Institute of Company Directors certification (AICD) and is an experienced Director and Chair with a strong focus on governance. Katrina has operated her own business within Citigroup Ltd from 1997-2009 managing all recruitment needs for her various employees. She founded The McCallum Corporation Ltd has worked globally with the Womens’ Tennis Association (WTA) and with Cricket Australia. Katrina founded The Pacific Rugby Project Ltd, a not for profit organisation in the South Pacific and remains a passionate Rugby advocate. She is married with four cherished teenage children as well as her beloved Labrador, Winston.
