PKL will conduct its business in a proper and professional manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
PKL will advise its client of any potential conflicts of interest and any material restriction to which it is subject by reason of undertakings given to other clients.
Before accepting an assignment, PKL agrees to an “off-limits’ rules which include undertakings by PKL that it will not approach any candidates placed by it with that client while those candidates remain employed by that client.
Unless otherwise agreed with the client, no candidate will be submitted until the candidate has been formally interviewed face to face.
No information about the client or candidate will knowingly be withheld if it might influence the other’s decision regarding the appointment.
PKL will act honestly in all dealings with candidates, clients, consultants and the public.
PKL will ensure that all advertisements accurately describe active jobs.
All fees, charges, services and guarantees provided will be explicitly and fully disclosed to Clients.
The client will not be given details of any candidate without the candidate’s prior permission.
PKL will conduct its business in a proper and professional manner and comply with all legal, statutory and government requirements and laws.
PKL will act diligently in assessing occupational health and safety risks for which they are statutorily responsible as according to PKL’s OH&S policy.
