Phoebe Kate Lane has served as PKL’s Managing Director and sole owner since its inception in 1995. Drawing upon 20 years of experience in the office support recruitment sector, Phoebe is passionate about helping people make the right choice with their careers.

Phoebe’s vision for the company is to continue to be recognized as Australia’s premium specialist recruitment supplier for quality business and office support. Common manners, courtesy and an in-depth understanding of individual and corporate needs whilst providing consistency in service are what define PKL.

Phoebe is a mentor to all of PKL’s employees. She empowers her staff, builds relationships with clients and serves the business community. Phoebe is a mother of two beautiful boys, she loves tennis, golf, surfing, waterskiing, sailing and meeting people of course!
