Originating in Sydney in 1995, founder and Managing Director Phoebe Lane started PKL focusing on candidate care as a core value proposition. Since then, PKL has been supplying temporary and permanent Business Support recruitment to a varied client base, building an enviable reputation.
PKL’s logo reflects our core value proposition. The three heads, as seen on the logo represent the Candidate, the Client and the Consultant. With the three parties intricately entwined, our logo is not unlike a satisfaction loop, with each one reinforcing the other. Each one of these is of utmost importance to the recruitment process and if one of these links is weak, the whole process falls down.
PKL has grown organically, acquiring clients and candidates through referrals and networks. PKL’s client and candidate retention is second to none. We continue to work with the same clients we first worked with in 1995 and keep in regular contact with all candidates registered. High standards, professionalism and respect have always been a key focus at PKL. To facilitate the needs of our clients and candidates, as well as providing further career paths for our staff, PKL expanded its operations and opened offices in Melbourne in 2004 and Brisbane in 2007.
